It sounds like you are overloading the clean grain elevator and the extra grain is spilling into the fan housing. One time I broke the drive chain for the clean grain elevator on my straight F in heavey corn. I had over 10 bushels of corn plugging eveything up. Had to use a shop Vac to clean out. You might want to check your chain for missing rubber slats. Also check to see if the flighting is bent back where it pushes the grain into the elevator boot.
