Suggest you check the flighting on the clean grain auger, especially the end closest to the elevator where it wears worst. If the flight is worn, grain will tend to pile and can spill over into the fan housing. Also, check the paddles on the clean grain elevator. If the elevator isn't moving grain away quickly enough, it will also pile up on the right side at the elevator opening.

Having the bottom sieve closed too tight can cause it to overload and back up so that the grain will fall into the fan housing.
