check auger flighting. A bent flight will cause this in the return as will an auger that has slipped to the left just a little. lokk for any non-smooth flowing transition into the hopper. Your shield protecting the auger could be bent as well . Got to go inside to find this. First thing is un snap the chute with header down and eyeball with light while having a buddy spin the sprocket driving the auger. Should see problem if it is auger not moving the stuff away to the left.
