Brad, I have only cut soybeans, but as I recall, the screen above the separator raddle has to be in mid position for beans. I forgot to reset the same screen after doing corn and the Pacer ran solidly in the red in beans. It took quite a while to figure out what was wrong. Tom Russell

Are you sure that pods aren't being threshed out at the chopper not the concaveIJ Be sure concave is level across the back and the front. Be sure bars are in good condition. Try running closer concave clearance and or maybe remove approx. every other wire to let more beans out at concave to keep them out of the straw. Good luck. Dan
