Mid-range skid-steer loaders

A John Deere skid-steer loader is definitely out of my price range. Which machines are good middle of the pack vertical-lift skid-steer loaders? I'm leaning towards a Bobcat T300 due to its price and capabilities, but it almost seems too affordable which gives me pause. What do you think?

I can't say that I've owned that model, but when I went to look at the prices just now I noticed that the used models don't look good. Some are only a few years old, but they have rusted throughout and have problems with their gas tank and bearings.

My neighbor and I shared one for a number of years. We got it used and didn't have much trouble with it, but we didn't use it hard either. It wasn't the smoothest ride, but the track held up just fine. My only real complaint is that it uses expensive synthetic lube. It should work fine for farming and landscaping.
