Golly gee, I never thaught of that! Good thing you mentioned it, I am going to call the dealer and have him come and get the machine before I make any more payments. Whew...that was close! Seriously, I don't know what you are implying but with the crops we grow I will not have any trouble paying for that combine. I have always paid for custom work so that price is in my crop budget. This way I am paying for my own machine instead of someone elses and get the crop off with better timing. Besides, how do you know what I sold my wheat for, it certainly was not for $3.40. The last 3 years I have AVERAGED 105 bushels_acre on 900 acres (300_year) with my wheat crop and made good money with a crop that is regarded by most as just a rotational necessity.
