Grain Reaper The bushels_acre that you talk about in barley is in our language about 3.5-4.3 tonnes per hectare and that is very good. Our main problem and we also cut 25 swats is the loss over the straw walkers,if you can cure that problem it will help a lot,we cant solve that problem yet Our settings in barley is a zero concave to cylinder,600 cylinder speed,max fan speed,sieve 1_4 inch and chaffer ,extension 3_4 inch HOPE IT HElP South African greetings

Thanks for the info. Do you have the curtains installed on the back of the concaveIJ We were told that they really help get more grain to the seives.
