Combines R50 clean grain

Sprocket must be just fit to shaft. If loose it will pull on and try break pin twice every revolution. Sprocket is likely wore the worst but shaft must be good also. loctite may make up the difference while using new sprocket. It is not meant to be a shear point. We have used taper lock and sprocket from 2 series machine on somewhat worn shaft. I'm betting top shaft beings you replaced auger and the way you are describing so I think it best to just replace shaft while replacing sprocket. Good luck

I used have the same problem until Hyper II put a taper lock sprocket from a R62 (I think) on the shaft. Haven't had a problem since.

Shaft and sprocket worn, shaft at a machine shop to be built up, and cut for a key, sprocket to be replaced with a taper-locking set up.

Doing the same thing to M2 here per the advice in this thread. Hope it works well. Clean grain elevator has been limiting our capacity and right now all the corn in this area is 30 percent or higher.
