I was talking to a farmer that is currently negotiating to buy the 9750 STS. The dealer is in Northern California and the price is about 220-224,000 US.

let me get this straight. You were saying that you are going to trade or plan on trading your Gleaners for the STS'sIJ So trading in all the equipment(combines+headers) for the STS(combines+headers) ends up in $140k to bootIJ You mean the difference after trade inIJ I'm sorry I just dont know what your definitation of boot is. I know many different wordings regarding boot in. If that is the difference you mean, then, I'd say it should be about right. But, it couldnt hurt to get more for your trade in to lower the boot in price.

My dad and three brothers traded one of our 9610's 11 engine hrs never been in the field. (not knowing about the STS when we traded for our two new 9610's) off for 9750sts last harvest and we payed about $28,500 more. We are planning on trading our 9750sts and 9610 off for three new 9750sts's plus trading two 30 foot flex platform for three new 30 foot flex platforms and one new 12 row cornhead. The dealer we are working with is cutting us deal we will probably won't refuse for ruffly under $280,000.00.
