Side unload

Does anyone have a good way to lock the pully on a side unload on a bin? I think a ladder lock would be easy to overcome. I would like to make it so the pulley at the top cannot be turned.

I don't have that piece of equipment, but I believe you should be able to tie down and lock the pulley to keep it from turning. I hope you find a solution.
