Combines Suggestion for AGCO on electric ladder lift

I am not familiar with your particular circuit, but I think a fellow could probably change it to do what you want with a relay and a couple of microswitches. That way you would start the motion with the switch in the cab and the microswitch would shut it off when the ladder got to the where you wanted it to stop. Kinda like a garage door.

Hey Tom, Good idea on the ladder lift. I dont have any suggestions on dealing with the monkey who climbs to the deck when the ladder is up. He must be a real squirrel or a JD spy or something. Tom Russell

That's a great idea, but, you have to take the safety factor in to this. little Jimmy might be next to the bin and you not see him and slap him up against the cab glass with it. Other than that it's a great idea.

I like that type of switch.We used it to run the reel speed control on our MacDon Harvest head which still had the external reel drive kit on it.
