this machine will handle a 25 ft table. I Ran a tr 88 with not problems. The 25 ft is about all it wants- but I ran 60 bus beans at about 4 MPH without a problem. I can not even begin to think how to help you other than a kill stall. Make sur ethe rotor speed is fairly high- about 800. Most operaters coming from a conventional machine do nto run this high enough. If I think of anything else I will let you know- I am going to bed- long day.

I do not always run my fan at full RPM. I think it is about 900 today. The kill stall should tell where the problem is. My guess is you will need to put in the leveling plates or slow the rotor. Since you are running the rotor at 1000 ( I doubt if it needs that fast ) the bweans are probably being thrown to the outside of the pan which would cause them to run over. YOu might try slowing the rotor to 800 or so about 7 or 8 on the concave. let us know what works. Was too tired last evening to think.

Yes you can install two plates. If I remember correctly the further back they are the more good they will do- but that might be reversed. Regarding the reel- I had the same problem. Mine was air in the lines. Take the reel spped and turn up,wait a few seconds and then return to normal. I never completely licked it, but it got a lot better. For some reason it was only on that one machine- I have had several others since without a problem. Not much help.

Are your concaves clean of trash on the outside doorsIJ Do you run round bar or square bar concaveIJ I think under dry beans round bar can overload center a little.
