I traded an '89 R50 a year ago with a 20' flex head, 2800 ENGINE hrs., near new tires, updated feeder house, good bars and etc. Was allowed about $38,000 for the package. I see they still have it for $35,000.
Charlie, is it a 89 or a 89 1_2 it makes a differnce. the 1_2 have the hydraulics on the combine itself and you wont have to put the auxillary pump on the right side of the grain head. 318 heads arent worth much anymore. the a frame on the underneath left side are always breaking, $3000 max. Depending on the year if it is a 89 pretty pricy, 89 1_2 $ ok. My 2 cents
