No, its usually just the bare empty machine. If it says dry wieght, it is even without fluids. Just figure the bushel wieght of whatever crop you're in times the bushel capacity of your bin and add it to the advertised weight of the machine plus your header weight. That should get you close to what the overall gross weight is. If you're trying to figure ground psi for running in mud, remember that dual tire math is somewhat decieving because the integrity of the soil between the duals plays an important role.
