Make sure all the gearboxes are in good shape that run the separator, check out all of the the major bearings, a good indicator I find on how much wear a combine has is how much the auger flightings have worn. About your 7700's are you going to want to sell themIJ let me know with your reply. 95man

make sure the bearings on the cranks and the return auger above the cylinder are not the wood block type JD first put out on the 9500's. The wood was too soft. They were replaced with a alloy type bearing.

Hey ComfortKing, Just wondering what you think your harvest capacity will be with the 9500 as compared to the two 7700'sIJ We also run two 77's and have been wanting to upgrade for several years. I guess I was thinking of a 9600. Would like it to do as much or more than the 77's. Whats your opinionIJ P.S You winter wheat guys keep posting your progress and results I find it very interesting to see how things are going down there.
