Which farm animals are most prone to diseases?

From what I have read before, the animals most commonly infected include sheep, cattle, goats and pigs. Horses seem to be the least common culprits. All the same, routine veterinary care is necessary, irrespective of the animals that are being bred or reared.

I would have to say cattle. That is the stock most affected by factory farming. Affected mainly by the different grain they are fed that is more or less mandated by the government if they subsidize your operation. E-Coli is the main disease here.
