My husband wants to try white chili, the kind with chicken. I haven't made it ever so I'll need some tips. Anyone have a tried and true recipe? Is there anything special with the sauce? I tend to stink at making a white sauce.
I'm not a good cook and rarely make white chili to begin with, but I think the sauce is better with sour cream AND cream cheese. I think most folks just add sour cream, but I like both in mine.
