When it comes to your own personal household and famliy farm, how are the "job duties" doled out? What kind of structure do you have?

Do you feel you might need more? Less? Or is it as good as it gets.

I'm not very rigid about these matters. Sometimes I dole out the work and sometimes one of my managers takes the lead. It just depends on who is there and what else is going on. I like keeping things flexible.

I use this same approach. There is a clear structure of duties, but everyone on the farm is flexible about taking up roles when the need arises. How do you assign roles on your farm, @Jack L?
