i have seen a few 8820's that are going in the low $20's. there are a couple up here in NWOH that are pretty good machines as far as i know. they still have the typical 20 series issues though. 9600's are starting to be pretty cheap too, maybe a 9610 that has come back from lease would be more feasible.
