Bigsky---you are right when you say you need to run more air on the airfoil---When we sell one to a Deere man on the 00 or 20 series--we always tell them to start out w_ the air cranked wide open,-- and on all machines, open the bottom sieves about twice as wide as the owners man. will tell you to run it. You have to let the air through the sieves so the airfoil can do it's work. Have a good one

I asked the neighbor about what changes he made besides cutting the hole bigger. He also changed the position of the air deflectors and put different fan blades on.

Another person told me the update kit had curved blades but mine has flat. Going to look into the update kit and some other adjustments. Thanks for your help.
