Just moving in my 10 acre hobby farm (now vacant farmland) here in MN. There is quite a bit of grading i need to do, and will add a field road/path around my property to drive truck and maybe 4 wheelers on. Someday maybe goats may run around on it. Would i put something like this general purpose grass seed, or something else. I'll probably mow it a couple times a summer. thank you
