I can tell you from experience that the shoup blades are not the quality of the AGCO blades. Yes, they are cheaper, and will do O.K. for a couple of years if you don't run over 800 acres_yr. We replaced some in 95 on a hugger and in 98 had to change them again. Customer got 6 yrs. with the original blades. Remember, shoup can't give you advise on your cornhead and combine, your AGCO dealer can!
