Hi there John, Here are the words in the manual for 670 engine. Install front and rear manifolds. Effective with engine serial n 70-29853, 1_2NC x 1-1_4" capscrew is used at front capscrew location on front manifold. Remainder of capscrews are 1_2NC x 1-3_8" with washers. Torque capscrews to 68-73 ft-lbs. It then describes positioning the aircleaner assembly and installing turbocharger Then After the engine is operated and the coolant temperature reaches approximately 170 degrees F, again torque the capscrews to 68-73 ft lbs.
