Finished cutting wheat 6_30_04 around 55 bushel_Ac went in the bin, had a lot of rust in it and the grain is not very nice looking, test weight is down too , hope yours does better for you. I am located in central Ohio.
SRWW harvest is essentially over here near Cincinnati. The crop was all over the place. Varieties with low resistance took a big hit. I had P 25R78 and R 58 scab resistant in several plots and they were about equal in yield thanks to less scab here than predicted or than others had. T-22 planter box treatment yielded 10 bu more in most plots. My own bin run Hopewell yielded 81 bu on well drained soil with T-22 and 69 without. The 60 ac across the road yielded less than this 20 ac field. You name it, you could find it. The hitech customers said the extra inputs still did not pay.
