This might become an issue with livestock: Gorillas Get Covid

It was passed to them from an asymptomatic staff member. With all the new strains going around, do you think it might be just a matter of time before it can get passed down to livestock?

Something to think about.

I believe it's already been found in livestock, hasn't it? I know it's been found in pets like cats and dogs. Cattle get the coronavirus, but I believe it's a different strain than the one that causes COVID-19. Sometimes it feels like an unsolvable conundrum. But, I just wash my hands more and try to kiss my cat's forehead less.

I never really thought about it before but I guess so. If it is already being passed to our pets, what will stop it from our livestock. Are cats and dogs getting violently ill too? I haven't seen it on the news.

I honestly have not heard about the virus being in livestock yet. What does that mean to us? Is the meat or milk bad? I better do some digging, to see if I can find any information.
I did hear pets could get it. I think I read that they can't transfer it to humans though?
