Have read some of the mods at this site, and we dont really need a new mailbox. Do removing the reversing bars help in light wheat cropsIJ Our new R-62 comes standard with one set, our old 62 had two sets and didnt seem as good as the N6 it replaced. I was to young to know what the setup was on the N6.

Good job, Tom. How does a guy who doesnt know diddly about football come up with a great page like thatIJ The Pack won't be back! We plan to start soys today if the weather holds. Reviewing the new page will be better on the next rain day. I will definitely provide feedback. We can't forget the good job Nathan has done. I can't count the number of times I have referred to his update page. We all owe him a hearty thank you. Tom in MN

Reverse bars are the curse of Gleaner Combines. Take them out and leave the spot blank. Will accomplish pretty much the same thing (Slowing flow through rotor) without power robbing and bunching straw up trapping grain. Make it even better by putting an F2 bar or two in the belly. Bare minimum - get rid of the reverse bars. Good luck, Tom langan

I have been looking at this site on and off for a couple of years, so I should know better. What exactly is an f2 barIJ Our dealer came out today to pickup our old R-62. The front (36' Macdon) hasn't arrived for the new one yet so no delivery for a couple of weeks. There will be no rush, might get 100 tonnes off 6500 acres if we are lucky .

The F2 rasp bar part number is listed along with a pic installed in combine on page 2 of the P3 Cage section of the Hyper Mod Site. Click on Hyper Mods button on the left of this page to access the site. Any more questions, just ask... Tom langan

Tom langan ----- Tom there is no Hyper Mods button on the left Under Topics. You had previously listed a link that I put on my desktop to reach it at http:__www.discover-net.net_~twlangan_gleaner.htm

The Hyper Mods button is there on my computer - right between Tips and Photos. Is it missing on anyone else'sIJ If so, I'll send a "heads up" to Marv and see if he knows what the problem might be. Tom langan
