So how can these guys pay 200 an acre and grow corn and beansIJ It dont work for me.There doing it here for virgin beet ground. I havent figured out yet give it all to the landlordIJ Or for new iron or repairing the old stuff, you cant do both. And yes I can grow 200bu corn just cant pencil out that high of rent.

i agree, with the prices of fertilizer,fuel,seed,equipment,and time spent....i just can't pencil it out!
