We bought a M Gleaner 10 yrs ago and it was a little rusty and I think my dad used The Works to get the surface rust off without hurting the galvinized It cleaned up nice.

It sounds like you gave your M the works with The Works. I have never heard of it but it sounds like it works. Where did you get it, in a parts store, grocery store, hardware store etcIJ The Works is a clever name for a cleaning product. I dont have any rust but there are some panels that have faded and are beginning to look somewhat shabby. Would you recommend The Works for faded panelsIJ Thanks, Tom Russell

The Chief Money Spender thinks The Works is toilet bowl cleaner. If she is correct, I can see where The Works would be a good rust remover. This confirms my belief that combine polishing is somewhat of a crappy job. Tom Russell

Tom, I rubbed my Gleaner down with steel wool where it was rough and oxidized then sprayed WD 40 on it.
