If you divide $21,000 by 250 hours, you get $84 per hour. You could almost rent a machine for that money. We just traded our 9600's for under $40 per hour and upgraded two years.

Yea $84 per hour and another 5000 per year for property tax here in montana doesnt take long to do the math. Dakota where did you tradeIJ

We traded in Greensburg, Kansas. I didn't know you poor guys have to pay property tax on your equipment, too. I know they tax the hack out of your ground already like they do to us here.

I just finished trading a 1997 9600 for a 98 9610 and gave $51.50 canadian per hour.Good deal. I gave $5000 for greenstar I know the value is coming down on these but I think I did allright.

we traded a 7720 with 4500 plus on it for a 1997 9600 only 1180 engine hrs and 800 sep.hrs ! no 4x4 and single tires for just under 55,000! It has too been a better combine too run then the 7720 ! got a contour head 1999 yr for under $10,000 only 1000 acres on it also ! did we do good or did we get taken IJ
