A 15 ft. head is pretty small for it. I have an 18 ft on mine and it doesn't really work it too much. Just need to keep the Deutz motor clean. Things to check are the engine fan, the elevator drive sprocket that's attached to the cleaning fan.

I'd suggest you request a list of bearings replaced and when. Get inside it and check the feeder floor for wear. Check the flighting of all augers; they probably are ready for new flighting or replacement. Check the rubber paddles on the accelerator rolls. look at the rasp bars - they wear a lot more over the concave area than over the cage. Check which concave is in it - you may want a different one depending on what crops you grow. Do a lot of wheatIJ - make sure it returns tailings to cylinder. look at all the sprockets on elevator and feeder chains. See if you can check the wear on the feeder house floor - it wears out and is welded not bolted in.
