G'Day Guy's Am I allow to suggest a trick that might help, as it's helped us with wheat and barley straw that gets on our radiator!! I don't know the R50 as well as a R62 but if the rotary Screen system is similar then this should still work!IJ!IJ!IJ!IJ Try having a look on the rotary screen and see if you have any air cut off strips that are adjustable just inside the rotary screen, they are there to help the blanking off plate on the inside of the screen. This is to give a dead air flow place on the screen, as it rotates! those cut of plates are meant to be as close as possible to the rotary screen as you can get with out the screen touching them. It can be a bit of a tedious job to adjust ( that's why most of them aren't adjusted!!!!) but it makes one hell of a difference to the the performance of the rotary screen, I've pressured washed our radiator (very carefully) before I used the improved rotary screen, but I've not had the trouble of bits of straw blocking the radiator since. I can also now see ( in the right hand mirror) a small rooster tail coming off the rotary screen when it's on the down wind side, that tells me its working a lot better! PS: I have all of Dan Hurtts rotary screen improvements as well on our screen , but the cut of plates have help the most obviously for us. PPS: A couple of Case Inter guy's have also got there inside cut of plates nice and close to their rotary screens and both have had better results as well! (I can be colour blinded as well!!!!) Rolf
